REKAZ Development Partners with Atom Construction, AROMA Landscaping to Execute EGP 400 Mn of Construction Work in Lazuli Project’s Two Phases

REKAZ Development has announced its collaboration with Atom Construction and AROMA Landscaping to complete construction work in the first and second phases of the Lazuli project in Hurghada city, Red Sea, Invest-Gate reports.

The total cost for both contracts amounts to EGP 400 mn, aligning with the company’s strategy to expedite project implementation.

Atom Construction will be responsible for completing the construction work, while AROMA Landscaping will oversee the landscaping aspects.

REKAZ Development’s decision to partner with these reputable companies reflects its commitment to delivering a distinguished project with meticulous attention to detail.

The contract was signed in the presence of company officials, including Eng. Tamer Bekir, CEO of REKAZ Development; Eng. Mohamed Galal, Chairman of Atom Construction; and Eng. Mohamed Salama, CEO of AROMA Landscaping.

Eng. Tamer Bekir, CEO of REKAZ Development, emphasized the importance of maintaining specific delivery dates as a crucial aspect of the company’s work strategy in order to uphold customer trust.

“This new contract aims to complete the construction works of the Lazuli project to the highest quality standards,” Bekir said. “REKAZ Development carefully selects its partners for project implementation.”

Bekir further explained that the Lazuli project spans an area of 40,000 sqm and enjoys a prime location in Hurghada city.

The project comprises various units, including apartments, townhouses, and studios, each offering a distinctive and captivating view.

Highlighting the range of amenities, Bekir noted that the project includes a social club, health club, business center, paddle court, private swimming pool for project residents, sports walkway, lagoon providing water views within the project, and extensive green spaces and landscapes.

The project’s building ratio does not exceed 20% in comparison to the vast percentage of green spaces and lagoons, which account for 80% of the project.
