Remco Tourism Villages Construction Company (RTVC) has been allocated a 115.65-acre plot by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to develop a fully-fledged urban project in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
During a meeting held on August 19, chaired by Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar, NUCA also agreed to allot about 30.62 acres in New Assiut for Mabani Real Estate Investment Company to establish an integrated urban development, according to a recent ministerial statement, adding that both housing projects shall be implemented over five years as of the ministerial decision’s issuance date.
Additionally, four land areas were put forth for Golden Real Estate Company to build a mixed-use project (commercial, administrative, and residential) over 14,452.08 square meters in 10th of Ramadan City, Sharqia Governorate. Besides, NUCA nodded the allocation of a 2,454-square-meter plot for the establishment of El Ghandour Hospital in the New Administrative Capital’s (NAC) R3 Service District, the statement noted.
For his part, Deputy Chairman of NUCA for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Tarek El Sebai said roughly 1,580 square meters were offered for Banque Misr to implement a banking unit in New Alamein, North Coast. Further, Egypt Stars Sports Academy was provided with almost 4,225 square meters to establish a sports club in New Beni Suef.
ZAD Investment Company also got three plots, totaled at 2,400.8 square meters, to develop a commercial project in New Qena, El Sebai revealed.
