Reportage Egypt, one of the world’s leading real estate development companies, has announced the launch of the third phase of its Montenapoleone project in Mostakbal City, Invest-Gate reports.
Ahmed El Tantawy, CEO of Reportage Egypt, explained that Montenapoleone is the company’s latest project, which has seen significant success since its launch, adding, “The compound is distinguished by its prime location in the heart of Mostakbal City, offering various amenities, integrated services, luxurious apartments, and competitively priced villas with flexible payment plans.”
Montenapoleone is a residential, administrative, and commercial project in the first phase of Mostakbal City. It covers a total area of 111 feddans and includes 1,300 villas and 15,000 residential units. The investment cost for Montenapoleone is approximately EGP20 bn.
Furthermore, El Tantawy highlighted the project’s unique location between the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, and Shorouk.
Also, Reportage contracted Horizons, one of the Egyptian market’s top engineering consultancies, for the project’s architectural and engineering designs.
According to the execution and delivery schedule, the project’s first phase is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2026, followed by the second phase in Q1 of 2028.
El Tantawy noted that Reportage Egypt has ambitious expansion plans, considering several distinguished areas for new projects, including the North Coast, Sheikh Zayed City, and New Cairo.
Reportage, one of the major real estate developers in Egypt and several other countries operates seven branches worldwide in Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Morocco, and Russia, and aims to enter new markets soon.
