Reportage Egypt Participates in Cityscape Egypt 2025 with “The Spine” Project, Targeting EGP 500mn in Sales Revenues

Reportage Egypt is taking part in Cityscape Egypt 2025, running from September 24 to 27 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, where it is presenting its latest project, The Spine. The company expects sales of more than EGP 500mn during the exhibition, Invest-Gate reports.

Mr. Eslam Hammam, CEO of Reportage Egypt, said the company is adopting the slogan “#Reportage_Changing_the_Future” to reflect its vision of delivering innovative, high-quality developments in prime locations. He explained that The Spine extends over 29 acres in Mostakbal City, comprising a 15-acre residential community and a 14-acre commercial hub that will host retail, administrative, and medical facilities, with investments totaling EGP 4bn. Designed as the final phase of the Montenapoleone project, the development will feature green spaces, children’s areas, and integrated services.

Mr. Mahmoud Zayed, Head of Marketing at Reportage Egypt, highlighted that the company plans to deliver The Spine Residence Community in Q2 2029. He confirmed steady progress in Montenapoleone, with 22% of the second phase already completed ahead of schedule. Delivery of the first-phase villas is set for December 2025, followed by residential buildings in mid-2026, with the full project finalized by the end of 2028.

Zayed added that Reportage Egypt is also preparing to launch a new 70-acre project in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast later this year, pending ministerial approval. The expansion reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its footprint in Egypt’s dynamic real estate market.
