Reportage Egypt, a subsidiary of the UAE-based Reportage Properties, announced its plan to participate in the Cityscape Egypt 2023 exhibition, which will be held from September 20 to September 23, as part of the company’s strategy to participate in vital events to reach its clients, Invest-Gate reports.

For his part, Ahmed El Tantawy, CEO of Reportage Egypt, stated that the Cityscape exhibition is a prominent real estate event that brings together major companies operating in Egypt. Reportage Egypt plans to showcase its flagship project, Montenapoleone, during the exhibition.

El Tantawy explained that the Montenapoleone project spans over a 111-acre plot within Al-Mostakbal City. The project offers fully finished innovative townhouses and apartments with sizes ranging from one to four bedrooms. The company has maintained construction rates in the project to meet the specified timelines for execution and delivery.

Moreover, he emphasized that the high construction rate in the project have heightened customer interest in purchasing units for both investment and residential purposes, especially considering the growing demand for properties in East Cairo following the relocation to the New Administrative Capital.

Notably, the project’s strategic location in Al-Mostakbal City, adjacent to the New Administrative Capital, allows clients to simultaneously benefit from its proximity to the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo.
