Reportage Properties in Saudi Arabia and Egypt is projecting sales to surpass SAR 500mn by the end of 2025, according to Mr. Eslam Hammam, CEO of Reportage Properties in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He stated that this strong performance reflects the company’s sustained commitment to a high-quality development strategy aligned with the growing needs of the Saudi market, Invest-Gate reports.
Hammam explained that the confidence of clients and investors—particularly in Riyadh—has been pivotal to the company’s growth, emphasizing its focus on modern real estate products that adhere to clear quality and urban-planning standards. He added that Reportage Saudi Arabia is preparing for a strategic expansion phase in 2026, supported by two major real estate projects currently under development in Riyadh and Jeddah.
According to Hammam, the Riyadh project falls within the company’s natural expansion in the capital, one of Saudi Arabia’s most attractive destinations in terms of population and investment growth. Meanwhile, the Jeddah project marks the company’s first major expansion outside Riyadh, aiming to strengthen its presence in high-density cities with growing demand for modern residential products. He highlighted that both projects will adopt advanced urban concepts that integrate green spaces, services, and comprehensive community facilities.
Hammam noted that Reportage Saudi Arabia is presently assessing all technical and regulatory aspects of the two projects, including unit types, land-use distributions, and implementation methods. He stressed that the projects remain in the early planning stages and will not be announced at Cityscape. Formal announcements are expected next year, once approvals and planning are complete.
In line with its expansion in Riyadh, the company announced the launch of Najd 5 in eastern Riyadh, a project designed to offer a modern residential environment with contemporary architecture, expansive gardens, pedestrian paths, and comprehensive service and recreational facilities. Hammam confirmed that the company will present an overview of Najd 5 during Cityscape Riyadh 2025, without disclosing details about the two major upcoming projects in Riyadh and Jeddah.
He reaffirmed that Reportage Saudi Arabia continues to strengthen its market position through strict adherence to timelines and high construction quality. He also confirmed that Najd 1, now structurally complete, will be delivered in the first quarter of 2026—ahead of schedule—reflecting the company’s commitment to its clients.
Hammam emphasized the company’s long-term vision of developing integrated residential communities built on sustainability, robust design standards, and high-quality execution, supporting the broader real estate development goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
