Abu Dhabi-based Reportage Properties, a leading UAE real estate developer, has partnered with Empire Holding Pakistan, a prominent residential and commercial real estate company based in Lahore, Invest-Gate reports.

This joint venture aims to tap into Pakistan’s burgeoning real estate market

The signing ceremony occurred on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the Yas Hilton Hotel in Abu Dhabi, coinciding with a special sales event organized by Reportage Properties. Andrea Nucera, Managing Director of Reportage Properties, and Faisal Iftikhar, Managing Director of Empire Holding Pakistan, signed the agreement.

Moreover, under this agreement, a new company named “Reportage Empire Pakistan” will be established. The joint venture will focus on exploring real estate projects in Pakistan, developing marketing plans, and formulating a long-term expansion strategy.

During the event, Ahmed Shehzad was introduced as the brand ambassador for the collaboration, chosen for his integrity and alignment with the values of both companies.

“We are delighted to partner with Empire Holding Pakistan, a major player in the real estate sector with an extensive project portfolio across Pakistan,” said Andrea Nucera. He emphasized that this cooperation is expected to bring significant achievements and innovations, marking a pivotal growth phase for Reportage Properties by entering the attractive Pakistani market.

Faisal Iftikhar expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting Reportage Properties’ impressive track record of successful projects across various regions, including the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and East Africa.

Asad Kayani, CEO of Empire Holding Pakistan, announced an initial investment of $300 mn over the next five years. The first project will be in Lahore, designed to international standards, with future expansions planned for Islamabad and other Pakistani cities.
