Reportage Properties Releases 463 Homes in Abu Dhabi’s Masdar City

Abu Dhabi’s Reportage Properties has released its newest residential project in Masdar City, UAE, with prices starting at AED 500,000, bidding to deliver 463 luxury homes by Q2 2022, Invest-Gate reports.

Dubbed “The Gate,” the development features a ten-story tower, comprising 200 studios, in addition to 144 and 94 one- and two-bedroom apartments, respectively, together with 16 townhouses. This comes on top of seven and two three- and four-bedroom properties, separately, according to the company’s press release on January 7. However, details such as the project’s investment value and total land area were not disclosed.

“Studios range from 330 to 498 square feet, one-bedroom apartments between 592 to 700 square feet, and two-bedroom apartments between 922 and 1,965 square feet. Also, three-bedroom apartments are 1,771 square feet, whilst the four-bedroom ones are between 2,885 and 3,162 square feet. Townhouse spaces, however, are 3,290 square feet, coming with a private garden,” read the statement.

Developed over a built-up area of 528,000 square feet, the project boasts fully-furnished units, including interiors and kitchen appliances. It offers clients with a gym, a swimming pool, a kids zone, a reception area, parking spaces, among a wide range of services and facilities, the company noted.

Nasser Al Khamis, CEO of Reportage Properties, said potential clients will be provided with flexible payment terms, notably paying 1% of the unit value over 100 months, “which provides ideal opportunities for those who want to buy real estate during a period of more than eight years,” the statement indicated.

Al Khamis pointed out that the launching of “The Gate” follows the delivery of its latest 177-apartment residential project in Masdar City in early 2019, called “Leonardo Residence.” The developer is also expanding into the newly-introduced Abu Dhabi smart city with “Oasis Residence 1” and “Oasis Residence 2,” which will add almost 612 and 304 residences, respectively, he highlighted.
