UAE-based real estate powerhouse Reportage Properties has marked a remarkable surge in sales, surpassing AED 3.7 bn in 2023, in contrast to AED 2.3 bn in the previous year, exhibiting a staggering growth rate exceeding 60%, Invest-Gate reports.
With a diverse portfolio comprising 29 projects spread across the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, and Morocco, the company attributes its continued sales upswing over the past six years to its exceptional performance and adaptability to evolving market dynamics.
Moreover, by consistently delivering exceptional real estate units that cater to diverse investor segments and introducing new projects aligned with customer demands, Reportage Properties maintains its competitive edge.
The firm’s top-selling projects in 2023 include the Reportage Village in Dubai, securing a total sales figure of AED 1.23 bn, closely followed by Dubai’s Bianca project, with sales reaching AED 760.9 mn. Notably, the Perla Heights on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island achieved sales of AED 262.6 mn.
Looking ahead, the company reaffirms its commitment to expansion, expressing intentions to explore promising investment avenues both in the UAE and internationally, buoyed by the impressive sales uptick.
Furthermore, 2023 witnessed Reportage Properties unveiling new projects tailored to meet client aspirations. Among these, the Bianca project in Dubai, featuring 653 townhouses, was launched in the first quarter, followed by the Reportage Village in Dubai, offering 1,767 residential units, revealed in the third quarter.
Additionally, the company celebrated the timely completion and handover of several projects, such as Oasis 2 in Masdar City, which comprises approximately 304 residential units. Notable prior completions include the Oasis Residence 1 in Masdar City, Al Raha Lofts in Abu Dhabi’s Al Raha Beach area, and the Leonardo Residence in Masdar City.
Recognitions and accolades also decorated Reportage Properties’ year, earning the title of the most trusted real estate developer in the UAE by The International Business Magazine.
Notably, the Sylvana project in Turkey’s Bahçeşehir district clinched the European Real Estate Award for the best townhouse community. This is a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence, validated by industry experts.
