Reportage Properties, one of the UAE’s companies operating in Egypt, announced its success in achieving sales worth EGP 2.2bn in its flagship project, Montenapoleone, in 2022, Invest-Gate reports.

Chief Commercial Officer at Reportage Properties, Hanna Karam, says that the Montenapoleone project is located on 111 acres within Mostakbal City.

The project includes 5,500 residential units, the top executive reveals.

For his part, the CEO of Reportage Properties, Mohamed Assem, notes that his company has entered into an agreement with A&M Contracting company to undertake the project’s construction works.

Montenapoleone offers fully finished innovative townhouses and apartments.

The whole first phase and 60% of the second phase of the project are completely sold.
