Reservation for 1,359 housing units in JANNA project across six new cities is now open, the Housing Ministry confirms.

Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar confirms reservation for 1,359 housing units in JANNA project across six new cities (6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, New Mansoura, New Damietta, Al-Shorouk) is now open, Invest-Gate reports.

NUCA has made such units available for reservation via an online platform. The Minister added that the terms and conditions are to be announced on the website www.hdb–reservation.com on April 26, along with the method and procedures for reservation, locations, models and spaces, unit prices, and the method of payment.

Among the conditions, applicants must be at least 21 years old, their family members must not have previously acquired a plot of land, or a housing unit in JANNA, Dar Misr, or Sakan Misr. The remaining terms and conditions are listed on the above-mentioned website as of April 26 or NUCA’s website www.newcities.gov.eg, according to the ministry’s press release.

El Gazzar added that an upfront payment worth EGP 50,000 is a must, noting that priority is given to precedence, intertwined with flexible installments, with discounts offered for an immediate total payment.
