Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development Mostafa Madbouly has revealed that the ministry will begin offering phase one of their project R3, located in the New Administrative Capital, following the Eid El-Fitr feast, Invest-Gate reports.

Madbouly also said that units will be delivered in one year, adding that all units will be fully finished and on a premium level, according to a ministry statement.

The project will be close to services area, hospitals, and international schools.
