Residence Developments has rebranded itself to align with the company’s forward-looking vision, aiming to embark on an array of distinguished urban projects in the near future, Invest-Gate reports.

Wael El Shahed, the CEO of Residence Developments, emphasized that this rebranding initiative coincides with the unveiling of an extensive and ambitious development plan. This move underscores the company’s fresh strategy to adapt to the dynamic shifts and substantial growth within the real estate market. The objective is to capitalize on burgeoning opportunities in key, investment-attractive locales, catering to the evolving requirements and preferences of its clientele by diversifying the company’s project portfolio across various urban domains.

El Shahed highlighted Residence Developments’ stature as a frontrunner in real estate development, boasting a wealth of expertise and a rich history of delivering diverse urban projects rooted in the collective experiences and legacy of its founders, spanning over a quarter-century in Egypt’s real estate landscape.

He further detailed that Residence Developments is the proprietor of the esteemed Aroma Ain Sokhna project, a pivotal venture in this significant region. Strategically positioned at kilometer 34 on the Ain Sokhna-Suez Road, a mere 12 kilometers from the gates and a swift 30-minute drive from the New Administrative Capital, the project stands adjacent to major tourism and service ventures.

Encompassing an expansive 85-feddan expanse divided into four phases, the first and second phases have been successfully delivered and operational since 2018. The third phase’s building blocks are fully completed, with internal and external finishes underway for a slated completion by the end of 2024. Preparations are also in motion for commencing construction in the fourth phase, adhering to the company’s meticulously laid out implementation schedule.

El Shahed elaborated on the project’s distinctive attributes, underscoring that units are handed over fully finished with top-tier air conditioning systems, boasting the finest coastal specifications. Notably, the unit loading rate does not surpass 18%, representing one of the lowest rates among comparable coastal projects.

Emphasizing the project’s status as a premium family retreat, he highlighted its potential to deliver optimal returns on investment, positioning it as a prime choice for discerning clients.
