Rfco Development allocates EGP 500 mn for the construction of 3 projects in the New Administrative Capital in 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

The three projects are Il Mondo, Capital Park, and Capital Crown, Rfco’s Chairman Ramy Faris states.

The company focuses in 2023 on completing the construction of all projects, Faris notes, adding that 80% of construction works at Il Mondo are completed.

Rfco is implementing Capital Park and Capital Crown in NAC with total investments of around EGP 2.5 bn.

Excavation works at Capital Park, which is a commercial, administrative, and medical project in NAC’s Downtown, started in early 2022.

Capital Park is completely sold out directly after being offered in the new capital, Faris reveals.
