RG Developments is preparing to unveil a new fully integrated residential compound in a prime location in New Obour City, as part of its broader strategy to double its investment portfolio. The project will feature competitive unit sizes, pricing, and flexible payment plans, and is expected to be officially announced soon, Invest-Gate reports.

Refaat ELDabaa, Chairman of RG Developments, noted that since its founding in 2016, the company has become a key player in Obour City’s real estate market. He attributed this success to the deep industry experience of its founders and a strong track record, beginning with standalone developments in Beit Al Watan.

ELDabaa emphasized the company’s focus on high-demand residential zones with rising investment value and easy accessibility—offering strong returns for property buyers. He also announced a strategic partnership with Memaar Elnazaer, a well-established real estate developer, to expand RG’s footprint in New Obour and beyond.

Among RG’s notable projects is Maalem Mall, a mixed-use development in the heart of New Obour, ready for immediate delivery. Surrounded by major residential communities such as Sakan Misr, Social Housing, and Beit Al Watan, the mall includes commercial, administrative, and medical units, positioning it as a key hub for investors and tenants.

Another project, Mark Mall, located on Al-Thaqafa Street in Obour, features a modern design and offers diverse units for clinics, offices, and retail—serving a wide base of residents and entrepreneurs.

Eng. Mark Maher, CEO of RG Developments, announced the launch of Eden Plaza, located on Abbas El Akkad Street in the Ninth District of Obour City. The project offers commercial and administrative units ranging from 19 to 125 sqm and serves over 30,000 surrounding residential units—making it an attractive investment for small and medium-sized businesses.

Maher highlighted the strategic importance of the partnership with Memaar Elnazaer, which has delivered over 100 standalone projects across cities such as Mokattam, Beni Suef, and Obour. He affirmed that this collaboration will drive RG Developments’ expansion across Cairo and further strengthen its market position.
