Riviera Property Group plans to launch La Riviera Apartments, a luxurious apartment complex located in Dubai, Trade Arabia reports.

The project consists of a 22-storey residential building that includes 144 one- and two-bedroom apartments and two retail spaces located in Jumeirah Village Circle district, which will feature Mediterranean villas and townhouses, a medical facility, school, shopping center, and a convenience store.

Each apartment also contains area for dining, a swimming pool, kid’s pool. The entire apartment project is expected to be completed in 4Q of 2018, stated The National.
