Invest-Gate reports that the General Authority for Real Estate announced the commencement of registration for ten benefiting neighborhoods in Riyadh from May 26, 2024, to August 29, 2024.

The Authority identified the benefiting neighborhoods as Mahdia, Khuzama, Arqa, Dhahrat Laban, Diplomatic Quarter, Namar, Marwah, Shubra, Badr, and Shifa, covering a total area of ​​172.24 square kilometres. The selection of these neighborhoods adheres to specific criteria, with further areas to be announced gradually.

Moreover, real estate registration in these areas will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform or service centers. Physical registration requires a property deed meeting regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, property owners in benefiting areas are urged to verify property deeds and ensure the necessary conditions for registration. Inquiries about registration procedures can be made through official Authority platforms or by contacting the customer service center at 199002.

Also, upon registration commencement, each registered property will receive a property number and deed containing detailed property information. Notably, this will enhance infrastructure and real estate sector sustainability.
