Riyadh Castle Development Company has announced plans to participate in the activities of the Cityscape exhibition 2023, as part of its efforts to reach target customers for its projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The company plans to identify key customer needs for sought-after projects and announce flagship developments, General Manager Waseem Taha said.

Cityscape is one of the critical events where the company is present to boost its customer base as well as learn about market trends, he noted, adding that real estate expos are helpful marketing tools for engagement.

Riyadh Castle plans to feature distinctive units in the Valory Al-Thawra residential, hospitality, commercial, and office projects. Located on a prime location along Al-Thawra Street next to City Center Almaza, the development covers an area of 28,800 sqm.

Cityscape is expected to see strong demand from customers, with real estate remaining a preferred investment and savings vehicle during economic uncertainty, Taha said, noting that special offers during the show period make for compelling investment propositions.

The developer plans attendance and special deals on Valory Al-Thawra, benefiting customers as well as supporting the company’s sales goals for the project, Taha added.
