The third edition of the Real Estate Future Forum is set to kick off in Riyadh from January 22 to 24 under the theme of “Power of Flexibility”, Invest-Gate reports.

The event will witness participation from over 85 countries and feature 300 public and private speakers.

Among the attendees are elite economists, investors, decision-makers, and local and international real estate experts. The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing proudly sponsors the forum.

Moreover, Saif bin Salem Al-Suwailem, the ministry’s official spokesperson, emphasized that the significance of the real estate sector as a crucial economic and social development entity prompted the initiation of the third edition of the Real Estate Future Forum.

Furthermore, Al-Suwailem noted the global real estate and urban development renaissance in the Kingdom through its diverse mega projects and continuous development efforts.

The forum provides an opportunity to showcase success stories, discuss global best practices, explore the latest technologies, and contribute to sustainable development towards a more vibrant and radiant future.

Notably, the forum will cover over 30 dialogue sessions and 25 workshops addressing strategic themes, focusing on innovations in the real estate industry, sector developments, key challenges, new opportunities, and emerging trends.
