The Saudi General Authority for Real Estate has announced the commencement of registration for five beneficiary neighborhoods in Riyadh as part of the fourth phase of the real estate registration process, Invest-Gate reports.
These neighborhoods include Al-Hada, parts of Sadrat Al-Sharq, parts of Al-Shoula, parts of Al-Fursan, and Al-Nakhbah. Registration will continue until the end of July 4, 2024.
The authority stated that 25,700 real estate parcels with a total area of 58.14 sqm are in these neighborhoods. The initial registration for properties in these neighborhoods is available through the electronic real estate registration platform or service centers.
Furthermore, the authority called on property owners in the beneficiary areas of the real estate register to verify the property deed and ensure the requirements (updated electronic deed issued by the Ministry of Justice, complete data, and compliance with ownership conditions).
Moreover, the National Real Estate Registration Services Company (Real Estate Registry – RER) is responsible for establishing and managing the real estate register in the Kingdom using geospatial technologies and modern techniques through an integrated digital platform that enhances transparency and trust in real estate services and data.
Also, the new property registration deed will include property data, descriptions, status, rights, obligations, and all real estate transactions related to geospatial information through topographic surveys and geographic coordinates of properties.
It will serve as the basis for property registration and related property rights and contribute to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its key potentials.
Notably, starting from the specified registration date, a “property number” and a property registration deed will be issued for each registered property unit.
