Rock Developments, the real estate arm of El Batal for Investment, has signed an agreement with JLL to manage Rock Capital 1, the largest administrative landmark in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports. This marks the second collaboration between the two companies, following JLL’s successful management of Rock Gold Mall, New Cairo’s first mall dedicated to gold and beauty.

The agreement was signed on March 3, 2025, by Eng. Bishoy Doss, Board Member of Rock Developments, and Ayman Sami, Country Head, Egypt at JLL, in the presence of senior management. Under the agreement, JLL will oversee daily operations, ensuring a high-quality environment for employees and business owners. The company will manage third-party services, including security, cleaning, maintenance, and marketing, to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Eng. Bishoy Doss highlighted that the collaboration aligns with Rock Developments’ strategy to offer premium property management services across its commercial and administrative projects. He emphasized that the partnership will maximize return on investment for unit owners while enhancing the overall value of the company’s portfolio.

Rock Capital 1, one of Rock Developments’ largest investments valued at EGP 3 bn, remains the primary focus of this agreement. The project, strategically located in the NAC, aims to set new standards in commercial and administrative real estate.

Ayman Sami, Country Head of JLL Egypt, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “We are excited to bring our expertise to Rock Developments, ensuring the success of its projects while enhancing the experience for both clients and investors.” He noted that Rock Developments’ projects stand out due to their strategic locations and premium services, making them highly attractive to businesses and tenants.
