Rock Developments is set to announce its latest project in East Cairo soon, Invest-Gate reports.

This brand-new residential initiative is strategically located in New Heliopolis, combining tranquility with easy access to key landmarks and major roads. Project details will be revealed at the end of the month.

Eng. Emad Doss, Managing Director of Rock Developments, emphasized that the new project represents a significant step in the company’s expansion plan to provide integrated residential communities. The project is notable for being a fully integrated residential complex without any commercial activities, offering a high-end residential experience focused on a balance between privacy, green spaces, and quality of daily life, ensuring the highest levels of comfort for residents.

He added that the new residential project spans over 17 feddans, with a built-up area of only 15%, while over 85% of the area is allocated to gardens and open spaces, complemented by distinctive water features that enhance the overall design. It is surrounded by several distinguished residential complexes and important educational and healthcare landmarks, making it one of the most promising locations for integrated residential living in the heart of New Heliopolis.

The project will include a variety of residential units and standalone villas with sophisticated designs and varying sizes; all tailored to meet the demands of modern living and suit a wide range of customers.

Doss explained that the new residential project will be equipped with a comprehensive range of facilities and services, including jogging and walking tracks, children’s play areas, co-working spaces, reading areas, a sports area, and designated pet areas, in addition to 24-hour security and maintenance services. He added that the first phase is scheduled to launch in the coming period at competitive prices, with delivery expected in 2029.

It is worth noting that Rock Developments is the real estate arm of El Batal Group.
