The General Construction Company- Rolin will construct 35 residential buildings in the third district of  Asmarat Housing Project, reported Amwal Al Ghad.

The project will be the third phase of Asmarat and will cover an area of 62 acres, with a total of 7,440 units, for a total cost of EGP 950 million, according to Al Borsa News.

Asmarat is a social housing project created specifically for residents of hazardous slums, notably Manshiyat Nasser, Dar el Salam, and Stabl Antar, among others.

Rolin recently won four tenders to implement sewage projects, financed by the World Bank for EGP 335 million. The sewage projects are in Assiut, Suhaj, and Sharqia.

Rolin Company is owned by the Holding Company for Construction and has been in business since the beginning of the 20th century.
