Egyptian developing and contracting company Rooya Group releases a residential compound of high-end buildings in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
Stone Residence comprises 462 buildings with each building containing eight apartments, with spaces ranging from 128 to 275 meters.
The company offers its applicants payment plans of six-year installments and a 10% down payment.
