Cayan Group announced on Monday that its first hotel project — the Cayan Aryaan Hotel Apartments in Dubai — will be managed and operated by Rotana Hotel Management, according to a press release.

Shapoorji Pallonji International has been appointed as the main contractor for the Cayan Cantara project which hosts Cayan’s hotel project. Construction is expected to commence in November.

Cantara will consist of two towers comprising more than 700 units. Cayan says the residential component of the project had received a good response thus far, with a high number of sales and it expects the same for the hotel component.

The company only recently announced the launch of the new hotel project.
