Rove Hotels, a joint venture of Meraas and Emaar Properties, will expand to Saudi Arabia with a new hotel, Invest-Gate reports.

To be located in the Bay La Sun waterfront district of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), Rove King Abdullah Economic City will feature 240 rooms, fitness centers, and a wide range of amenities, according to a Rove Hotels statement.

The hotel amenities’ include a 24-hour gym, food and beverage outlets, lobby areas, outdoor pool and deck, kids pool, parking spaces, spacious meeting rooms, 24-hour self-service laundromat, convenience store, luggage store rooms, as well as safety deposit boxes.

The construction work is expected to start in the second quarter of this year with the soft opening scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2019.
