In a step reflecting the new changes taking place in the Egyptian real estate market, Alchemy Developments revealed its latest project in the North Coast under the name “Rowaa Resort”, which presents a different concept for coastal life based on combining water entertainment, technology, and the calm nature of modern living, Invest-Gate reports.

Project Location and Components

The project is located at kilometer 75–76 directly on the International Coastal Road, in front of the Green and Mina areas, and includes one of the largest water games and artificial lakes areas in the North Coast, in addition to an international hotel, a commercial and touristic promenade, and integrated service and entertainment areas.

The project depends on the Eco Friendly Smart Resort concept, through relying on smart solutions in cooperation with companies specialized in technology and infrastructure, in addition to focusing on reducing building densities and creating a quieter and more private living experience.
