Roya Developments has signed strategic partnership agreements with Elsewedy Utilities to deliver sustainable services at two Cairo projects, Invest-Gate reports.

Roya Developments CEO Mohamed Adel and Elsewedy Utilities CEO Sherif Shalan inked the deals for Elsewedy to handle infrastructure at the Stone Park and Hills developments in Fifth Settlement.

Adel said the tie-up with the Elsewedy Electric unit, which also has regional operations, aligns with Roya’s strategy of teaming with renowned companies.

It aims to eliminate service complaints while maintaining facilities in line with efforts to boost client confidence and offer cutting-edge amenities.

Elsewedy Utilities underwent a rigorous selection process among local firms given its highly trained team and ability to provide innovative solutions.

Shaalan expressed pride in contributing to Roya’s sustainability goals and Egypt’s broader push to build smart communities through advanced technology.
