Eng. Sherif Shaalan, chairman of Royal for Real Estate Investments, declares joining New Cairo Developers Association for new project start-up in New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

Shaalan adds that the company decides to build on its experience in New Cairo to collaborate with other developers to work in the NAC with a project overlooking the Green River. This investment in the NAC is one of the major steps in the company’s expansion plan, according the company’s press release on March 28.

He points out that the Royal company is expanding at a steady pace, with the completion of the implementation of its existing projects. Royal for Real Estate Investments has been present in the Egyptian market for more than 15 years, and has implemented and delivered residential units. The company also provides integrated after-sales service management.
