Royal Developments has launched Egypt’s first AI-powered call center service in the real estate sector, aiming to enhance customer experience through instant, 24/7 responses to inquiries via the company’s hotline, Invest-Gate reports.
The system provides information about Royal’s projects, offers, unit availability, and allows clients to schedule appointments directly with sales representatives.
Amr Elazab, Marketing Director of Royal Developments, described the move as a milestone in customer service innovation. He emphasized that Royal is the first real estate developer in Egypt to fully integrate AI into its call center operations, enabling faster and more efficient communication with clients.
Elazab added that the initiative aligns with the company’s strategy of adopting smart, sustainable solutions that meet the evolving expectations of modern customers. The service also coincides with the ongoing development of “Monark Mostakbal City,” one of Royal’s flagship projects. The development embodies the company’s vision of delivering smart, tech-driven communities designed to enhance quality of life.
