Royal Developments is participating in the 12th edition of Cityscape, the real estate exhibition from September 20 to 23 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, Invest-Gate reports.

The company is showcasing its new project, Monark, and offering exclusive deals to clients interested in luxury residences with unique designs and advanced concepts.

Saher Magdy, Head of the Commercial Sector, stated that Royal Developments provides multiple and diverse payment systems that cater to clients’ needs and purchasing power. The exhibition attracts many target customers and represents a real opportunity to increase sales for various projects.

Magdy added that the company recently launched its new project, Monark, in Mostakbal City. Covering an area of 40 acres, the project represents a total investment exceeding EGP 6 bn and includes various new services.

Magdy also revealed that the company has completed 90% of the Capital Prime mall project in the New Administrative Capital, surpassing the set timelines. This reflects their clients’ confidence and confirms the company’s strength and commitment to the Egyptian market.
