Royal Developments plans to start the construction of 10 separate projects in New Cairo in Q4 2021, Invest-Gate reports.

CEO of the company Karim Shaalan states that the company’s expansion plan covers projects in Bait Al Watan and New Narges in New Cairo and to deliver projects according to the stipulated timetables. He affirms that all precautionary measures are taken to protect all workers at worksites.

Shaalan notes that the company has a total of 75 separate and diversified projects and is currently marketing around 25 projects with different payments plans.

Shaalan adds that the real estate market achieved strong sales during H1, with expectations to retain the same performance in H2 due to the strong continuous demand for all residential segments. Moreover, the recently launched mortgage finance initiative for low and middle income with a 3% interest rate will boost sales.
