Royal Developments announces the launch of its Monark residential project’s third and final phase in El Mostakbal City, Invest-Gate reports.

The third phase of the Monark project, the largest and most significant phase of the development, is distinguished by its expansive green spaces and captivating water features, offering a unique living experience.

Saher Magdy, Head of the Commercial Sector at Royal Developments, stated that the new phase covers 30,000 sqm of the project’s total area of 40 feddans.
