Royal One Development is in talks with Prime Hotel Management and Makanak for Project Management for an optimal use of its Capital Prime units, Invest-Gate Reports.

Royal One Development Head of Commercial Sector Saher Magdy reveals that Royal One is currently consulting Makanak Project Management to ensure its clients the optimal use of their administrative units. He explains, “Our cooperation with Makanak to manage the administrative units is because it is the largest operator of administrative spaces in Egypt.” Makanak will provide integrated hotel management services for the Capital Prime project. Makanak holds an ISO certificate for the best hotel service in 2018 and 2019, and has more than 12 branches across Egypt.

He further announces that Royal One is also in talks with Prime Hotel Management Group to manage its Prime Residence project. Prime Hotel Management currently manages bbout 84 hotel units of four well known brands in the Egyptian market.
He stresses that the company seeks to cooperate with all the competencies to present  a distinctive project, Capital Prime Business Park, to meet the needs of customers of all kinds; and in line with the world-class standards  of the New Administrative Capital to be the distinguished urban development project of the Middle East.
