Royal One Developments accelerates market competition at the New Administrative Capital, partnering with Makanak, Prime, and MEDE to implement its Capital Prime Business Park project, Invest-Gate reports.

Royal One Developments Head of Commercial Sector Saher Magdy says that Royal One Developments puts decisive criteria and mechanisms for selecting the companies to cooperate within the project, in order to cooperate with strong entities that have long experience in their specialties, thus “cooperation with Makanak company to operate the administrative part in the project, as it is one of the largest administrative areas operators in Egypt,” he comments.

He adds that the project includes a hotel part, which Prime Hotel Management Group manages through its brand Prime Residence.

The latest contracts are done with MEDE Group to operate the medical part of the project, as it is one of the leading companies in the management of medical projects, which provides services to many hospitals, most notably Ruvida Hospital, Queens Royal, 57357 and Wadi El-Nile, Ahl Misr, Dar Al-Fouad, and Al-Maghraby.
