Royal One Developments announces the completion of 60% of the constructions of its project Capital Prime Business Park in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), and achieving 100% of its sales by the end of 2021, Invest-Gate reports.

Royal One Developments CCO Saher Magdy states that the company has achieved both its construction and sales goals for the project during the past year in light of developing a SMART execution plan, in addition to the financial capabilities that accelerate the implementation of the project.

Highlighting the global inflationary wave, Magdy emphasizes that accelerating the implementation rates is the only available option for all real estate companies to reduce the effects of the high cost of constructions resulting from this wave.

Furthermore, he declares that the company has inaugurated the first sales headquarters in MU23 area in NAC to market the project, pointing out that the project is located between two residential densities R2 & R3, which lets the customer enjoys the unit as a lifetime investment guarantee.

Capital Prime Business Park project is a commercial, administrative, residential hotel, and medical project. It includes an administrative part consisting of 61 units with areas starting from 43 sqm per unit, while the commercial part encompasses 45 units with areas starting from 38 sqm per unit. Moreover, the medical part includes 21 units with areas starting from 22 sqm per unit.

Additionally, Magdy remarks that the company has a strong strategic plan during 2022 to complete the implementation of the project on the specified dates, in addition to marketing the remaining percentage of the project according to a specific marketing plan that takes into consideration the market changes.
