Royal One Developments announces completing the concrete structure and glass facades of its Capital Prime Business Park in the New Administrative Capital’s Down Town district, Invest-Gate reports.

Royal One Developments’ Chief Commercial Officer, Saher Magdy, says that the project serves the commercial, administrative, residential, hotel, and medical purposes.

The project has an administrative part including 61 units spanning 43 sqm each, Magdy adds.

He reveals that Capital Prime Business Park includes 45 commercial units and 21 medical units.

Magdy notes that the company starts internal finishings of the project, adding that the project is slated for delivery in 2023.
