Royal One Developments has sold about 80% of the “Capital Prime Business Park” project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.
Saher Magdy, Royal One Developments CCO, states that the project is located in the MU23 area near the Al-Amal axis in NAC, which is located between the two largest residential districts; R2 and R3, clarifying that this prime location guarantees a lifetime investment for the consumers.
Moreover, Magdy points out that the company provides a special offer on the remaining units during this month. According to the offer, 30% is a down payment, and a 10% discount of up to 7 years, in a bid to be compatible with various consumers’ purchasing powers.
Magdy highlights that the construction work of the project has reached 35%, pointing out that the project is scheduled to be delivered within 3 years, taking into consideration all precautionary measures.
The project witnesses cooperation with Makanak Company to manage the administrative part of the project, as well as, Prime Hospitality Management Company to manage the hotel part of the project. Besides that, Raef Fahmy’s office assumes the role of the engineering consultant for the project.
Furthermore, he remarks that with the operation of the government district at NAC in H2 2o21, the construction works are assumed to boost across all projects to fulfill the demand for services. Besides, he stresses the revival of the real estate market during H2 2021, due to the delivery of the first phase of NAC and the New Alamein City, as part of the state’s inclusive urban development plan.
