Royal One Developments receives the Luxury Lifestyle Award for its project, “Capital Prime Business Park,” at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

Sherif Shaalan, chairman of the board of directors of Royal One Development, says that this project is the first of its kind to receive this award in Egypt, recognizing the best commercial brands to guarantee the best quality, as well as, introduce the winning companies’ to new markets and a larger customer base. The project was named “the Best Luxury Mixed-Use Development for Capital Prime Business Park in Egypt in 2021,” Shaalan comments.

The American” Luxury Lifestyle Award” is a global award given to the best and most well-known brands, and it has evaluated more than 10,000 different products and services in 400 categories from 60 countries and analyzed their results to provide a list of the best products in the world.

Moreover, Shaalan explains that Capital Prime Business Park is a commercial, administrative, residential and medical project, located in the MU23 area in NAC, noting that it will be delivered within three years, and Raef Fahmy’s office is the engineering consultant of the project. Furthermore, the project will feature a hotel as well.

He remarks that the project comprises 61 administrative units, with areas starting from 43 sqm, 45 commercial units, with areas starting from 38 sqm, and 21 medical units, with areas starting from 22 sqm.
