UAE-based global real estate conglomerate RSG International is partnering with leading hospitality company Rotana to build a five-star hotel and a serviced apartment project called Sabah Rotana in Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.

The hotel, managed by Rotana, will consist of 534 rooms that will be finalized in the second quarter of 2020, according to a released statement.

“We are very pleased to partner with RSG International that has over 25 years of experience in real estate and property development on this new venture,” says Rotana Chairman Nasser Al Nowais.

Sabah Rotana Hotel will include business facilities, a gym, a swimming pool, a wellness lounge, three meeting rooms, an executive lounge, and a parking lot that will accommodate 800 vehicles.

The 54-storey hotel will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road overlooking Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, and neighboring communities.
