Rovan Urban Development (RUD) launches Evora, the downtown project, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) with total investments of EGP 300 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Elhaddad, CCO of RUD, clarifies that Evora is a commercial administrative project that spans over 2,600 sqm and overlooks Al Masa Hotel, Central Park, and the Green River directly.

The project offers 230 units, with areas starting from 31 sqm. It also combines a ground floor and 12 storeys, in which the ground, first, and second floors are directed to commercial activities; meanwhile, the remaining floors are for administrative activities.

Elhaddad notes that there is an entrance for the administrative segment and another entrance for the commercial one. Moreover, the project includes meeting rooms, recreational areas, and kids’ area. Evora is scheduled to be delivered in 2025 with flexible payment plans of up to 12 years.

Besides, Elhaddad remarks that RUD has contracted with Archrete for the project’s engineering and construction designs, in addition to Etqan Business Development. Currently, RUD negotiates with a specialized company for the project’s management and operation.

Chairman Mohamed Nasr states that the company is focusing on injecting more investments in NAC, along with its expansion plan in coastal cities, coping with the state’s strategy.

The real estate developer intends to inject investments worth EGP 1 bn in three projects to be executed in NAC over the coming period. These projects will be determined later based on the market demand.
