Rwabet Developments announced the near completion of excavation work at the site of its project, Sela Business Hub, located in the financial district of the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with investments exceeding EGP 4 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Amr Sabry, CEO of Rwabet Developments, explained that the company is committed to fulfilling its obligations to customers and is racing against time with excavation and construction to expedite implementation and delivery before the specified date. This commitment is intended to demonstrate the company’s seriousness and respect for its customers, enhance confidence in the brand, and strengthen relationships to build a growing customer base through referrals.

Sabry noted that Rwabet Developments’ investment in the NAC aligns with the state’s development plan, which President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi supports wholeheartedly. This plan aims to establish smart cities that rival and even surpass global standards. The successful launch of the NAC has positioned Egypt on the investment map, attracting global investors.

Additionally, the focus on New Alamein City and the North Coast has transformed these areas into year-round destinations for tourists from all nationalities, rather than just during the summer months.

Furthermore, he emphasized that the government’s current strategy is centered on attracting and motivating investors by providing comprehensive support to real estate developers. The state’s projects have become models for real estate companies to emulate, particularly the high-rise towers being developed in the NAC and New Alamein City.
