Sabbour Consulting and Hilal Real Estate Investment and Tourism Development signed a consulting services agreement to provide general consultancy and supervise the implementation of the former company’s residential project, CAMPANIA, in Alexandria, Invest-Gate reports.

Under the deal, the office will provide all engineering consultations for the design works and supervision of the implementation of the integrated residential complex project, which covers an area of around 12,480 square meters, CEO of Sabbour Consulting Hussien Sabbour said in a post on the company’s official Facebook page on March 12.

CAMPANIA will include ten residential floors, in addition to several services including a mall, sports courts, swimming pools, kids playgrounds, gyms, and parking areas, Sabbour added.

For his part, Chairman of Hilal Real Estate Investment and Tourism Development Ali Hilal said the company’s selection of Sabbour Consulting for the implementation of CAMPANIA comes due to the fact that it deemed as one of the largest consulting offices in Egypt for its vast experience in project management, design, and supervision in various fields of infrastructure, housing, tourism, education, amongst others.
