Egypt’s property developer EBNY Real Estate Development announces its partnership with the Sabbour Consulting to supervise its “Greene Avenue” project in New Sohag City, Invest-Gate reports.

On his part, Abdullah Kamel, EBNY Chairman, says, “The agreement with Sabbour Consulting targets achieving the company goals by providing a unique and distinctive real estate product with a civilized, and societal value that contributes positively, effectively in building the New Sohag City.”

He further adds that the selection of Sabbour Consulting to supervise the implementation of the project was driven by many motives, such as more than 60 years of experience in such a field and previous works in more than 11 countries.

Moreover, he stresses that these contracts represent a leap in EBNY projects, especially the Greene Avenue. “Greene Avenue extends over an area of ​​20 acres as an integrated residential compound divided into villas, residential buildings, hotel apartments, a commercial and entertainment mall,” Kamel underlines. “The largest part of ​​the project is green areas interspersed with water inlets”, he notes.

Meanwhile, Sabbour comments on the partnership saying, “This is not the first and will not be the last. There is a history of successful co-operation with Ebny in finalizing unique and distinguished real estate projects in the country.”

Signing the contract was in the presence of Abdullah Kamel, EBNY Board Chairman and a member of both the Egyptian Businessmen Association and the American Chamber of Commerce, Omar Sabbour, Board Vice-Chairman of Sabbour Consulting Company, Fathallah Fawzi, Real Estate Development Consultant at EBNY Real Estate Development Company, along with a raft of leaders and top officials of the two sides.
