Sabbour Consulting and Hometown Real Estate Development have signed a consulting services agreement to provide general consultancy and supervise the implementation of the latter company’s commercial and administrative complex in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), ZAHA Park, Invest-Gate reports.
Under the deal, the office will provide all engineering consultations for the design works and supervision of the implementation of the project, which covers an approximate area of 7,200 square meters in the NAC’s MU23 area, CEO of Sabbour Consulting Hussien Sabbour said in a released statement on April 13.
CEO of Hometown Diaa Khalil said the ten-story complex will be implemented over two phases. The first phase will include three commercial floors, encompassing units ranging from 35 to 200 square meters and covering a total area of 6,400 square meters. Meanwhile, the second phase will comprise seven medical and administrative floors, with spaces varying between 28 to 200 square meters, over a total area of 17,000 square meters.
Khalil added that underground parking space will be implemented to serve the mall’s visitors. Also, the roof will contain gardens and water fountains on an approximate area of 1,200 square meters to provide resting areas for staff members, in addition to other services that will span across an area of nearly 5,000 square meters.
