Sadat City has seen a total investment of EGP 4.4bn divided into EGP 1.234bn in the housing sector, EGP 333.3mn in the services sector, and EGP 2.838bn in the utilities sector, Invest-Gate reports.

“A total of 142 projects are being implemented, including 24 housing projects, 37 services projects, 20 water projects, 30 road projects, 23 sanitation projects, five power projects as well as two projects for telephone and agriculture,” Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly revealed in a statement. Moreover, there are 124 more projects still pending.
