Constec Construction and Design S.A.E company have implemented a part of the administrative attaché of the League of Arab Nations, Invest-Gate reports.
Constec started the construction of the administrative annex after winning a hard tender against its competitors with a total value of EGP 280 mn, according to the official press release.
The annex consists of a basement, a ground floor, and four floors, all spanning an area of over 12,000 sqm, the statement continues. The project is a part of distinguished major ventures the company implemented for the government and the private sector, such as the Sixth of October for Development, “SODIC”, Tatweer Misr, Misr Italia properties, and Hyde Park.
The attaché was inaugurated in the presence of Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of the Arab Nations, and Ambassador Hossam Zaki, Assistant Secretary-General of the League, and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, Fuad Hussein.
It is worth mentioning that S.A.E has been working in the Egyptian market for 30 years. It was established as an Egyptian joint-stock company in 1989 with a capital of EGP 200 mn. It implemented many projects that represent milestones in the construction sector in Egypt, including the first and largest fiberglass factory in the Middle East.
