The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) announces that conditions for buying residential units in the new housing project ”Sakan Misr” will be released during upcoming days, Invest-Gate reports.
The housing units will be offered, as the authority will set forth the conditions for submitting requests by next month, sources say.
According to Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouli, the new project will be a distinguished one and will be fully-furnished with areas of up to 100 square metres.
The project will target 6th of October City, New Cairo, Obour, and New Damietta. It will also offer facilitated payment methods, according to press remarks made by the minister.
