Egypt-based Samcrete Development is currently negotiating with three international firms to run Pyramids Hospital in 6th of October City, west Cairo, with the company’s name will be announced before year-end, Invest-Gate reports.
Hisham El Kheshen, the company’s CEO, has revealed that these entities include one German and two English companies, all of which have global business records but did not step foot in Egypt yet. He pointed out that Samcrete intends to begin implementing Pyramids Hospital during Q4 2019, with plans to start running within two and a half years.
Located inside Pyramids Heights Residences, close to Giza Pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum, the 60,000-square-meter hospital is being carried out with investments totaled at EGP 2 bn, El Kheshen confirmed, noting that Samcrete seeks to pump EGP 50-100 mn into the medical park during the current year.
