Saudi Arabia’s Sany Alameriah for Construction Company enters into an agreement with Malaysia’s MGB Berhad for the design and construction of 10,000 residential units in Jeddah, Invest-Gate reports.

The SAR 2.5 bn project, which is being developed as part of Sakani housing program, is slated for completion in 5 years.

Sany Alameriah is a joint venture between Sany and Saudi developer Alameriah.

Sany Alameriah seeks cooperation with MGB to operate a precast concrete factory in Jeddah capable of supplying 1 mn cubic meters of precast concrete products for the construction of the residential units.
